Refund Policy

Welcome to AG Sports Arena. We value your trust and aim to provide the best experience for our customers. Below is our refund policy:

1. Booking Cancellations by the Customer:

• Cancellations Made More Than 72 Hours Before the Scheduled Booking:

• Customers are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations Made Within 72 Hours of the Scheduled Booking

• Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled booking time.

2. Booking Cancellations by AG Sports Arena:

• If AG Sports Arena cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without additional cost.

3. Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days after the cancellation request is approved.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.

4. Add-On Services:

• Non-Refundable Add-Ons:

  • Fees for add-on item are non-refundable once payment is made at the counter.
  • If a booking is canceled before arrival, any unpaid add-on services will be automatically removed from the booking.

• Refundable Add-Ons:

  • If a booking is canceled more than 72 hours in advance, fees for add-on services will be refunded in full.

5. Promotional and Discounted Bookings:

• Promotional and discounted bookings are eligible for refunds under the same terms as standard bookings. The refund will be based on the amount paid by the customer.

6. Non-Refundable Items:

• Last-minute bookings (those made within 24 hours of the scheduled time) are non-refundable.
