Booking & Service Policy
1. Booking Confirmation & Receipt Delivery
Upon successful booking and deposit payment, customers will receive an email confirmation with booking details and a digital receipt within 30 minutes.
The receipt will be automatically generated and sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers must bring proof of the RM200 deposit (email or invoice with the booking ID clearly visible) when arriving at the venue.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
2. Payment Policy
A RM200 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at the counter upon arrival via QR payment.
Add-on items are not included in the deposit and must be paid separately at the counter.
3. Invoice Delivery
Customers will receive an invoice automatically via email after completing their booking.
- If an additional copy is needed, customers may request it, and we will process the request within 24 hours.
4. Field Access
- Our staff will manually verify bookings in the system upon arrival.
- Please present your booking confirmation email or payment receipt for verification.
- Customers are responsible for arranging their own opponent team. AG Sports Arena does not provide or arrange opponent teams for a match.
5. Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule your booking, please do so at least 3 days in advance by contacting support.
Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will receive a refund or credit, as per our cancellation policy.
We are not responsible for bookings made through third parties.
