   • The AG Sports Arena website is designed to facilitate bookings for our sports facilities and provide information about our services.
   • Customers must adhere to all facility rules and guidelines during their bookings.
   • Customers are responsible for arranging their own opponent team. AG Sports Arena does not provide or arrange opponent teams for a match
2. Booking and Payment:
   
   • The remaining balance must be paid at the counter upon arrival using QR payment. Please bring proof of the RM200 deposit (show email or invoice with the booking ID clearly visible).
   • AG Sports Arena reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
   • We are not responsible for bookings made by third parties
3. Use of Facilities:
   
   • Bookings made via the website include access to basic facilities such as the car park, changing rooms, and surau at no additional cost.
   • Customers are expected to use these facilities responsibly. Any damage caused to the facilities may result in additional charges.
   • The cafe operates independently, and purchases made there are not covered under the booking fee.
4. Additional Services:
   
   • AG Sports Arena offers optional add-on items upon request, subject to availability. These must be booked through the website, during booking selection, or on-site and are available at an additional cost.
   • Payment for add-on items must be made at the counter, as they are not included in the booking deposit.
   • AG Sports Arena is not liable for missed photo opportunities or referee decisions during gameplay.
   • Refunds for these services are subject to the same cancellation policy as facility bookings.

5. Website Usage:
   
   • Users must ensure the information provided on the website during bookings is accurate and up-to-date.
   • Unauthorized use of the website, including hacking or other malicious activities, is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability:
   
   • AG Sports Arena is not responsible for technical issues that may prevent bookings from being completed through the website.
   • We are also not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during your time at the facility.
7. Prohibited Activities:
   
   • Activities that damage our facilities or harm other customers are strictly prohibited.
   • Violations may result in immediate termination of your booking without a refund.
8. Changes to Terms:
   
   • AG Sports Arena reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
